Musicians are being invited to enter the Feel Good Factor, an online talent competition where the winner will get to perform around Manchester and help raise money for the Samaritans charity.
It’s open to all music genres – whether you are into pop, rock, soul, classical, R & B – this is your chance.
Budding stars who would like to take part can upload a video of their performance to the Feel Good Factor Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/FeelGoodFactorMCR
The competition will be judged by a panel who will shortlist the best performances from the videos submitted. Fans of the Feel Good Factor Facebook page will then vote for the winner who will go on to become the face of Feel Good Friday in the North West.
Sponsored by healthcare provider Simplyhealth, Samaritans’ first-ever Feel Good Friday takes place on Friday, February 3. People across the country will be taking part in ‘feel-good’ themed fundraisers and challenges at their place of work, in return for a donation to Samaritans.
The charity answers a call every five seconds and in order to maintain a 24/7 service it needs to raise over £10 million each year.
